With heavy hearts, we announce that Tricia passed away on October 10, 2024, in St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 62, after a courageous fight with cancer.
Tricia is survived by her husband of 36 years, Bob; children, Kelsey (Michael) and Natalie; and sister, Lauren (Joe). Tricia was predeceased by her parents, Betsy and Fred Van der Graaf.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to extended family and friends for their unwavering support and kindness throughout Tricia’s illness. We would also like to acknowledge the dedicated staff of the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Ward and CancerCare for their compassionate care.
The family expresses gratitude to Ethical Death Care for their touching photo-biography video honoring Tricia's life, accessible through the 'tributes' link at the bottom of this obituary.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 603 Wellington Crescent at Academy Road (Unitarian Church).
