Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARD JAY ROLFSON
It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Leonard Rolfson on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Grace Hospital, after a brief but brave battle with cancer.
Len, who was preceded in death by his beloved wife Patricia just four months ago, leaves behind his cherished sons, Evan (Katie) and Scott (Katherine) and grandchildren, Brady and Mikayla, and sister Connie Creaser.
Known for his kindness, caring spirit, and passion for running, Len inspired all who knew him with his energy and warmth. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
In keeping with Len's wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral service is planned.
A gathering to celebrate Len's life will be held at a later date.

I just heard today about Jay's passing. I know him as Jay. He is just a year younger than me. Have lots of good memories of working on the farm hauling hay as young teenagers, not even old enough to drive, but we did anyway. We managed to get into a bit of mischief each summer that he came from Winnterpeg- as we called it. My heart goes out to all of you. - Posted by: Warren Depew (Cousin) on: Nov 18, 2024

My husband and I met Trish and Len 30 years ago when our kids were growing up. Our paths took us in different directions but when we reconnected in 2023 they were more than kind and helpful as we struggled with situations. A wonderful caring couple who reached out to others. Our thoughts and prayers are for the boys who have lost both mom and dad in such a short time. - Posted by: Nancy Lautermilch (Acquaintance ) on: Nov 16, 2024

We were so blessed to have Len (& Trish) as part of our lives. They felt like a big brother (& big sister) to us and a very special ‘Aunt & Uncle’ to our kids, Brennan & Charlsey. Len’s always positive personality, generosity & fabulous bright smile will forever be in our memories & make us smile. Until we meet again dear friends. - Posted by: Virginia & Gerald Sperl (Good friends ) on: Nov 16, 2024

We are so incredibly sorry for the loss of your dad. While we've only met Len a few times, it is evident that your kindness and gentle heart was a trait passed down to you from your dad, Scott. Please know that we are sending much love and peace to you all. We love you both, xo Wendy & Roy. - Posted by: Wendy & Roy Hardwick (Friends of Scott & Katherine ) on: Nov 16, 2024
