We first met Wally and Lynn in Wellton, AZ as Snowbirds in about 2000 through our longtime friends, Wally's cuz Gail and Don Tulloch. We shared many memorable life experiences as AZ Winter Visitors over approximately 20 years of that lifestyle. This connection extended back to Winnipeg and Stonewall during the rest of the year. We all stopped the Snowbird lifestyle in 2019 and have remained connected since. Wally enjoyed a dram or two of Scotch on occasion and he always appreciated our stock of Glenfiddich. When invited to dinner at the MacMartin household, however it was strictly forbidden to come armed with the usual offering of a bottle of vino. His personal wine making operation was second to none. Wally was a good man and good friend. He will be remembered for many reasons and will, likewise, be missed. - Posted by: Orv & Linda Malcomson (Friends) on: Dec 07, 2024

We spent many good times with Wally and Lynn going camping with our families over the years. Jerry spent many years working along side Wally with Xerox. Our best to Lynn and their family at this very sad timeđź’• - Posted by: Jerry and Joyce Magnusson (Friends) on: Dec 07, 2024
