It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Litwin at the Grace Hospital at the age of 90, on December 2, 2024.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mary and Ted. Patricia is survived by her brother Ted, cousin John (Sharon), Jo-Anne, Andrea, and Alisa.
A service will take place at a later date.
