JB passed away at the Victoria Hospital, December 16, 2024.
He will forever be remembered by his loving wife, Shirley, their three children: Kim (Rob Sidorchuk), Scott Bestvater, and Kristel (Tom Elskamp), and precious grandchildren: Julie (Kyle) King and Rachel Sidorchuk, Mya and Noah Bestvater, Hanna and Isaiah Elskamp.
A service of remembrance will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024, 11:00 am at Bethel Mennonite Church, 465 Stafford Street, Winnipeg, MB. Livestream is available at https://www.youtube.com/live/bpVrf1ItgNc.

My deepest condolences to Shirley and to all of the family as you grieve the passing of John. May God give you strength for each day and a sense of peace as you remember John and all that he meant to you. He will be missed at church as well as by his many friends and acquaintances.
