It is with profound sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Maria da Conceiçao Orfao Dias at Grace Hospital on December 18, 2024, at the age of 85.
Maria will be deeply missed by family and friends in Winnipeg and Portugal.
The viewing will take place 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St., with prayers and eulogy beginning at 6:30 p.m.
A Roman Catholic Mass and Christian burial will be celebrated 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2024, at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. N.
Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue West.
