It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond Joseph Henri Cadieux on December 16, 2024, at the age of 91 at St. Boniface Hospital. He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Adrienne La Plume (late Paul); sons, Gérard Cadieux (Thaungrat) and Maurice Cadieux (Heather); grandchildren, Xavier, Naomi, Sebastien, and Gabriel; brother, Tony Cadieux; along with many relatives and friends.
He is predeceased by wife, Jane (née Sidor); parents, Henri and Lina Cadieux, along with nearly all of his brothers and sisters.
The prayer service will take place on Thursday, January 2 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. in Winnipeg, MB, followed by a funeral service on Friday, January 3 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint John XXIII Church, 3390 Portage Ave. in Winnipeg, MB.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Ray may be made to the Actionmarguérite Foundation.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. He was such a nice man and we missed him and the family when you moved from St. Gianna but know you did it for your Dad. I am so sorry to hear of "Uncle Ray's" passing. My father, Orval, and Ray were both members of the Canadian Forces' Training Command (later Air Command) Band, where they became friends and remained so until dad's passing 4 years ago.
