Our family sadly announces the passing away of Jim Kirkness, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather on December 8, 2024
He is survived by his wife Cheryl Kirkness; children Darcy (Reid) Robertson; Barbara (Jim) Spencer; and James (Carla) Kirkness; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Charleswood United Church, 4820 Roblin Blvd. Winnipeg, Mb.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Vic’s “LITTLE VIPs” fund through the Winnipeg Foundation at 204-944-9474.

On behalf of Carol Anderson (Sokoloski) we offer our condolences to Cheryl and Family. He is at last at peace. Carol always said that Jim was her favorite cousin. Claude Steeves originally from Carnduff, SK played with Jim on the St Vital Bulldogs football team.
