It is with great sadness that we announce, with his family by his side, Walter Mychasiw passed away at the Selkirk Hospital on January 8, 2025.
Our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather is survived by his wife of 60 years June, sons, Jeff (Inga), and Dale (Susan), grandchildren, Hillary (Tyson), Erin (Grant), Sean, and Quinn, great-grandchildren, Walker and Bode, brother-in-law Mel, sister-in-law Laverne (Al), brother Albert (Eileen), sister Alex, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Stonewall Legion Hall, 459 Main Street, Stonewall, Manitoba, on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
