With heavy hearts we said farewell to Raymond: husband, father, Gigi, friend.
He is survived by his wife Jo-Ann, daughters, Tyyne (Wesley) and Maarit (Tom), grandchildren, Mikko and Reija, siblings, Judy (Zenon) and Bernie (Barb).
Many thanks to CancerCare Manitoba and Stonewall Palliative Care for their compassionate service.
Funeral will be 1:00 p.m. on March 17 at Christ the King Church, Stonewall.

Jo-Ann and family, We are saddened to hear of your loss of Ray. We will always remember and will miss our ‘water talks’ when Ray would fill up your water tank at the office and we’d have an opportunity to have a chat and catch up or during the Fish Derby registration. So sorry to learn of Raymond's passing. Went to Ethelbert Collegiate together in the early 70's and spent time in the big city of Winnipeg upon graduation. Raymond was a ride to our home town on weekends. He was a good guy, lots of laughter, stories, encounters and could he do a polka!! Lots of great memories. Met Ray and family at the Catholic Church in Stonewall 40 years ago. Ten plus years later he appeared at our Industrial plant to fix the Cat Loader. Always Friendly, Good Conversations.
