  • So sorry Paulette, Rod, and family for your loss of a special person. He will be missed by many, but not forgotten - Posted by: Glen & Amy Brown (Friend) on: Apr 05, 2025

  • Our sincere condolences to Paulette, Rod, Colleen and family. Gerry had a love of horses and showed his horse in Cutting classes. He always supported the Manitoba Cutting Horse Association and attended our events. We enjoyed visiting with Gerry and Paulette at our 60th Anniversary dinner in November. We shared some stories and as usual there were lots of smiles and laughter. Gerry will be greatly missed by all who knew him. • Paulette & Family, so sorry to hear the very sad news, we were friends with you and Jerry when he was driving a bus, we visited back and forth over the years. Jerry was a true gentleman, I loved his company, and talks we had. He gave me my first black Lab, plus a 1954 Chev car that I fixed up and drove for many years when times were tough. It was a true honour to call Jerry my friend, he will be truly missed. Again Paulette so sorry for your loss, sincere condolences and Prayers to you and all the family. • My sincere condolences to the Hourd family Gerry was one of those genuinely outstanding people that was always friendly and easy to talk to. You could tell he extended those qualities to his kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I had the pleasure to be in a couple of golf foursomes with Gerry and his son, Rod. and had a lot of laughs. Rest in Peace Gerry. - Posted by: Dave Lysyk (Friend) on: Mar 22, 2025
