It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth John Wesley Milburn on May 2, 2025.
Kenneth will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Florence (Oswald); his son, Daniel (Roseanne) and their children, Keith, Jennifer, David (Maki), and Minato; his daughter, Tanis (Alex) and their children, Zakary and Juno; sister-in-law, Vivienne Milburn; James; John; and Lauren (Lowell) Milburn; as well as many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Gertrude Milburn; and his only brother, Barry.
The family extends their gratitude to the many Health Care Aides, Health Sciences Centre hospital workers, family, friends, and neighbours who provided such compassionate care during the last months of his life.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on May 12, 2025, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 637 Buckingham Road, Winnipeg, with Pastor Tyler Gingrich officiating. A private interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare or Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
