With broken hearts the family announces the passing of John (Jack) Hartley on May 13, 2025 at the age of 89.
John was born to George and Nellie on July 21, 1935. John leaves to mourn his wife Alice and his children Rick (Jeannette), Doug (Cathy) and Diana (Randy); grandchildren, Gina, Scott, Daigneault, Sebastian, Riley and Reanna.
John owned his own Messenger Company, Acme Messenger and Transfer for 43 years. In his youth, John enjoyed playing Hockey and Recreational Fastball. Later in years he enjoyed Bowling and Dancing at the Canadian German Society. John also enjoyed doing Crossword puzzles daily from the Winnipeg Free Press.
As per John’s wishes, there will be no Service. A Family burial will be done at a later date.
