Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • I’m so very sorry to hear of Anne’s passing. We had such a lovely tea time (with homemade cake of course) at her place in April. She shared stores about Joe and their life. We cried together about his passing and the hardship that we go through as we age. She shared lovely stories about her and Joe and the Habitat for Humanity trips they had. Anne also shared stories about her children & the home she was planing on leaving. She was very happy to leave those pesky deer behind and the challenges of keeping them out of her garden. My husband & I were going on a European holiday and I told her when we returned, I’d come help her pack and get ready for her next adventure. We prayed together before I left. I’ve been trying to reach her since we returned but got a phone not working response. I planed on driving over to the house several times And today as I was getting ready to leave, I had an inkling to check this website. I was shocked and am extremely sad to read about her passing. I just wanted to say she & your dad were such amazing loving and caring people. Their love of God shone through their lives, they will be greatly missed. I worked with them on many Habitat Builds in Winnipeg. - Jane Hiebert - Posted by: Jane Hiebert (Friend) on: Jul 28, 2025
