RAYMOND GERARD POITRAS
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Raymond Gerard Poitras at the age of 63 years, on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Grace Hospice after a lengthy illness.
Ray was predeceased by his parents, Gerry and Hilda Poitras (née Schilke), and brother Lorne Savichunas, all in 2014.
Ray will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his brother, Stephen Poitras; nephew, Donny (Jodi) Savichunas along with his great-nephew Kolby and great-niece Ryleigh; sister-in-law Allison, and nieces Madison and Alexa (Levi) Poitras. Also left to cherish his memory are his cousins, Calvin, Donna, Ed, Kathy, Karen and their spouses, with whom he spent countless special times with over the years.
At Ray's request, there will be no service.
You left us far too soon, but we hope you can feel the blanket of our love drape over you.
