We are saddened to announce that on June 6, 2025, Beverly Ann Blaquiere (McKenzie) passed away peacefully at the Grace Hospital
Beverly was predeceased by her parents, Jean (Ferris) and Hector McKenzie. Beverly leaves behind her children, Christine (Glen Anderson) and Greg Blaquiere (Lisa); and her one sibling, Nancy Cibart. Mom was a member of a rather large extended family and treasured her strong, fierce friendships, many of those who are no longer with us. Beverly is so loved by her five grandchildren, Stefani (Tyler), Morgan (Avery), Brodie, Sarah, and Corbin. Beverly adored her first great-grandchild, Rylee, and will be looking from above as her second great-grandchild enters our world this summer.
Mom fully embraced everyone’s visits. In the end, she carried with her your love, your warm thoughts, and all of her joyous memories.
A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
Flowers are gratefully declined. Please consider making a donation in honour of our mom (Nana) to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or a charity of your choice that supports the care of animals.
