It is with great sadness that the family of Rose Fegus announces her passing on December 8, 2025.
Services for Rose will be held on Tuesday, December 16th at 2:00 p.m. at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main Street, Winnipeg MB. With interment to follow at Holy Family Cemetery, 4355 Main Street, West St Paul, MB.

Our wish was to join her family at her funeral but highway conditions of ice prevented us from attending. We were happy to reconnect with Rose a few years ago when she was living in the Holy Family apartments. We admired her positive attitude and her smile that was so welcoming. Because we are unable to attend we would like to reconnect with Rose sister Helen's family. Our email is beuruski@gmail.com. May the angels of paradise welcome her to the heavenly home. Our condolences to Rose's family and friends. Rose was a Life Member of the Canadian Polish Athletic Club, sponsoring Sports & Education for the youth of north Winnipeg. For more than 60 years, she was always available to help raise funds, plan socials, on the hotdog and bingo teams, with her happy smile.
