Mrs. Wilson taught me Home Economics in the ‘70’s. Even though my mother was an avid sewer, Mrs. Wilson developed in me a love for sewing (now hand quilting) only this past November. I made 5 pairs of mittens to donate to the homeless. I thought of her as I sewed them. A life well missed. RIP . - Posted by: Debbie Ross (Shultz) (Student) on: Jan 31, 2026

Please accept my condolences to the family. Mrs.Wilson was my wonderful teacher in High School. I never fail to think of her when ironing a shirt, laying out a washed sweater to dry, or threading the sewing machine. You always paid attention in her classes and learned skills that have lasted a lifetime. Most importantly, she taught us to continue on, correct mistakes and never give up. I will always remember those lessons. Thank you Mrs. Wilson. - Posted by: Laurel Anderson-McCallum (Mrs. Wilson's Home Ec student) on: Jan 25, 2026
