Robert was an active member of our Knights of Columbus Council 13356 at St Joseph the Worker parish in Victoria, BC for some 15 years. He also volunteered for many years with Barbara at the Soup Kitchen in downtown Victoria serving the working poor and homeless. He had this big soft-spot in his heart for those folks who struggled in life to make ends meet. He was also a conference member and president of St Vincent de Paul at our church. Our council members and friends in the church will miss him dearly. Bob ran our annual food drive and we will dedicate the event this year to the memory of brother Robert Joseph Strong. May his soul rest in peace. - Posted by: Gary Skabeikis (Friend and brother Knight of Columbus) on: Jan 12, 2026
