It is with heavy hearts, lots of love and memories that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear husband, father and grandpa, Ernie Halligan on March 29, 2026, at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 81.
A full obituary will follow with details of a Celebration of Life that will be held sometime in May 2026.

Dear Family, Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your loved one. Although I did not have the opportunity to know him well, I understand he was a valued partner at the firm and made a meaningful impact on those who worked with him. A pillar in the local community, especially for the Rotary Club of Winnipeg West. During a lengthy career, supporting many public and private organizations, while providing professional services in all avenues. Especially remembered as a major force during the implementation of PSAB, a major practice area within Chambers Fraser & Company, over the many years of service.
