• My deepest condolences to you Stacey. Just wanted to let you know when I received your call, I tried to call you back several times, but it went to voice mail and your mail box was full so I couldn't leave a message. Jan was pure love. My best friend filled with kindness, compassion, and a passion for fighting injustice. She was one of those people who didn't just have beliefs, but rather had and defended her beliefs with action. She loved her girls more than anything in this world. With both of us having lost a child, we commiserated and leaned on each other with understanding and compassion. The world is a darker place without Jan in it. She lite up a room when she walked into it with her vitality, energy, and love. I admired her ability to set goals and work hard to achieve them. She had a strong work ethic, a love of fashion and a hunter of great bargains. She was so good at finding bargains, I admired so many of her traits. We laughed together, cried together, fought and won battles together. Jan was my ying to her yang. I will miss her so much. She was such a special person.
