It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Mark R. Hofer on May 13, 2026. Mark was born on March 18, 1968.
He is survived by his mother, Esther; his brother Richard (Michelle); sister Sandra; nephews, Cameron (Skye), Shane (Anne-Marie), and Colton (Anna); nieces Shaelyn (Brian), and Aliya (Tyler); great-nephew Dori; great-niece Claire, and his beloved companion Luna. He is also survived by his uncle Sam.
He was predeceased by his father, Herman.
A small Celebration of Life will be held privately by the family.

Mrs. Hofer, Richard and Sandra...I am so very sorry to read of "Markie's" passing. I remember as a child of all the warmth and love that was in your Union Avenue home and the years of Friday evenings spent with your family playing games and the wonderful Feast on Saturdays after Church. The many times bowling when Sandra and I would play with the boys. Markie was surrounded with love from all of you.
