THOMAS NEIL COLLINS Thomas Neil Collins passed away on September 12, 1999 at the age of 63 years, with his family at his side, at the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit 3E. He is survived by his devoted wife Joan, of 44 years; his son Neil Keith and wife Marilyn; grandchildren, Kenneth, Nicole, Aimee, Christopher and Craig; his daughter Irene Mary and husband Steve Kranjec; two sisters, Florence and husband Alf and Evelyn, and sisters-in-law, Hilda Kasper and family, and Evelyn Gaetz and son Bruce. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Mary Collins, and sister Hazel; his parents-in-law, Fred and Mary Geske. At his request there will be no service, cremation has taken place. We wish to thank Chaplains, Gordon Self and Tim Frymire, doctors, nurses and staff at the St. Boniface Palliative Care Ward 3E and especially Dr. P. Erhard for taking care of Mr. Collins for the last 15 years he was ill. In lieu of flowers, donations in Toms memory may be made to the St. Boniface Palliative Care Ward, 3E in care of St. Boniface General Hospital, 409 Tache Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R2H 2A6.
