Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA ELIZABETH (BETTY) TAYLOR Anna Elizabeth Betty Taylor. On Christmas morning, December 25, 2005 Betty passed away peacefully at Ian Anderson House in Oakville, ON. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a small private family service has been held. Interment will be at Brookside Cemetery in Winnipeg at a later date. Betty was born in Winnipeg on January 4, 1914 and except for a brief period spent in Regina, lived her life in Winnipeg. In 1998, after Ernie died, she relocated to Oakville to live with daughter Margaret and her son-in-law Randy Iwankow. She enjoyed every summer of her life with family and her many friends at Grand Marais and Grand Beach. She is survived and missed by son Harry, daughter Margaret, son-in-law Randy, grandchildren, Jacqueline (and Scott), Natasha, Ernesto, David (and Suzanne), Jeffery (and Melinda), Catherine (and Robert) and great-grandchildren, Zachary and Madelyn. Instead of flowers, donations to Ian Anderson House a privately funded hospice whose staff made Betty's last days so comfortable and cared for her so well, will be greatly appreciated.
