MICHAEL TABINSKI December 26, 1938 - June 1, 2006 Suddenly at home on Thursday, June 1, 2006 Michael Tabinski entered into God's Eternal Rest. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Shirley of 42 years, children, Duane (Debbie), Joanne (Fabio); grandchildren, Ashley, Tiffany, Justin, Dillon; and father-in-law Martin Shymco. Special family friends, Brenda and Brent Robson. He also leaves to remember his brother Larry (Violet) Tabinski; sisters, Sylvia (Mike) Bewski, Marilyn Langan, Marge O'Leary; as well as many nieces and nephews. Born in Kulish, MB to Peter and Florence Tabinski and raised in Ethelbert, MB, Michael met and married Shirley Shymco on May 9, 1964. They made their home in Winnipeg where they raised two children Duane and Joanne. Michael retired from the Province of Manitoba after 22 years of service in 2004 and began his retirement where he enjoyed time with his family and friends from the senior's and men's groups he attended. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held Monday, June 5, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Highway #1 East at Navin Rd. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 6, at 1:00 pm at Elmwood Community Reformed Church, 1040 Beach Ave. with Rev. Joseph Fenton officiating.
