LILLIAN SWIRSKI (nee PERCAN) (PERTSON) It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Lillian at the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg on Sunday, June, 4, 2006 at the age of 92 years. Lillian was born in August 1913 in Melnice, MB into a large family. She was predeceased by her parents, Onufrey and Annie; sisters, Mary, Teenie, Nellie and Mabel; brothers, Frank and Bill. She is survived by her sisters, Kay Rausch and Marge Smider; brother Joe; son Tom (Mona); grandchildren, Cynthia, Tom (Susan), Donald and David; great-grandchildren, Eric, Jonathan, Laura Swirski and many nieces and nephews. She resided at the Winnipeg Convalescent Home for a number of years and she enjoyed her time with them and we the family wish to thank the staff for their excellent care. A memorial service will be held at a later date. At Lillian's request her body has been donated to the Department of Anatomy to further research in the healthcare field.
