EVELYN MARIE TAIT (nee MCLEAN) Evelyn Marie Tait passed away on Wednesday November 7, 2007 at the Grace Hospital. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Leslie. Evelyn leaves one beloved daughter Carol Leslie Ross and son-in-law Tom Ross who reside in Lincoln, California. Evelyn was a fourth generation Canadian and a third generation Winnipeger. Evelyn was a graduate of the Success Business College. Evelyn was a member of Harstone United Church and later McClure United Church. Evelyn enjoyed many yearly visits to California to be with Carol and Tom. In accordance with Evelyn's wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Brookside Cemetery 3001 Notre Dame Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Pat Wotton officiating.
