EDNA MAE TATARYN (nee POPE) December 25, 1906 June 12, 2008 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Edna Tataryn on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at the age of 101. Edna will be forever missed by her son John Tataryn (Helena), her son-in-law Les Mason (husband of Helen) and her grandchildren Kathy, Mitch, Krista, Joanne, Steven, Nancy, Diana and their families. Edna was predeceased by her husband Michael Tataryn and two years ago by her daughter Helen. Edna was born in Belleville, Ontario and lived the majority of her life in Dryden, Ontario. She married Mike in 1932 and by 1933 gave birth to John and two years later to Helen. Edna loved her garden, she enjoyed cooking, spent countless hours relaxing with her knitting and played bingo regularly. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at West Park Manor Care home for their compassionate care over the years.
