Attended school in St. James - Winnipeg, MB. Served in Canadian Navy during the Second World War. After the war worked for the T. Eaton Co. and then for the City of Winnipeg. Moved to Victoria in 1979. Frank was predeceased by his mother and father; sister Phylis Pattie; brothers, Walter Wiggin (Irene), Horace Swonnell (Beth) and Edward Swonnell. He is survived by his wife, Viola, of 60 years. Many nieces, nephews and other relatives will miss their Uncle Frank. A special thank you to nephews, Dennis (Wendy) and Greg (Maria) Savage for all their care and support. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 in Victoria, BC.
