IDA JOSEPHINE THORARINSON (nee MARTIN) Peacefully in her sleep, on Friday, November 6, 2009, Ida passed away at her residence at Oakview Place Personal Care home at the age of 90 years. Remaining to forever cherish Ida's memory are her loving son John (Jack) Jackie; step-grandchildren, Tara and Chris as well as her many nieces. Ida was an avid fan of the Royal Family and enjoyed crocheting, reading and knitting. A funeral service for Ida will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue. We would like to thank the staff of 1 North at Oakview place for taking good care of mom.
