FREDERICK ALBERT TIPPEN July 19, 1923 April 15, 2010 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Fred will be lovingly missed by his wife of 65 years, Mildred, his daughter Donna Ternovatsky (Doug), son Ron (Heidi Peters); four grandchildren: Lisa (Kevin), Leigh, Neil and Nicholas; and great-grandchild Hanna. Fred was an active participant in many charities and organizations and thoroughly enjoyed creating projects in his workshop. He cherished his time with his grandchildren and great-grandchild, and was always ready to help anyone he could. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service in Fred's honour will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Green Acres Funeral Chapel located at No. 1 Hwy, East at Navin Road. A gathering of family and friends will follow at Green Acres. Flowers gratefully declined, If so desired, donations may be made in Fred's memory to charities of their choice.
