Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFREDERICK ALBERT TIPPEN July 19, 1923 April 15, 2010 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Fred will be lovingly missed by his wife of 65 years, Mildred, his daughter Donna Ternovatsky (Doug), son Ron (Heidi Peters); four grandchildren: Lisa (Kevin), Leigh, Neil and Nicholas; and great-grandchild Hanna. Fred was an active participant in many charities and organizations and thoroughly enjoyed creating projects in his workshop. He cherished his time with his grandchildren and great-grandchild, and was always ready to help anyone he could. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service in Fred's honour will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Green Acres Funeral Chapel located at No. 1 Hwy, East at Navin Road. A gathering of family and friends will follow at Green Acres. Flowers gratefully declined, If so desired, donations may be made in Fred's memory to charities of their choice.
