BARBARA JULIA TAYLOR (nee COGHILL) June 8, 1935 - May 24, 2010 Peacefully, at Red River Place Personal Care Home, Mom passed away at the age of 74 years. Barb was predeceased by her husband Wray, of 50 years, as well as both parents Thelma and George Coghill, and brothers Maynard and George. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her children: Ron (Sandra), Doug (Kathy), Shawn (Holly), Trevor (Erma), Melissa (Barry) and Greg (Tara). She will be missed by her grandchildren Ryan, Tiffany (Dwight), Ian (Kim), Derek, Travis, Kennedy, Kathleen, Kelsey, Noaka, Cadence, Wray, Jaelin, great-grandson Curtis and special friend Teena Brunel. Barb is survived by her siblings Allan, Shirley (Neil), Joan (Stan) and numerous nieces and nephews. Prior to her illness, Mom was a fantastic cook, who guarded her recipes well. She loved to go to Bingo and watch Baseball on TV. She had a wonderfully contagious laugh, anyone who heard it wanted to join in. Her and dad loved to travel, let's hope their journey continues now that they are together. A special life has passed from our sight, but never from our hearts. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held in her honour. Announcement of location and date to be made later. The family would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff at Red River Place for the care and compassion that they gave to our mom over the past five years.
