PEARL THOMPSON (nee St. Germain) October 3, 1931 - May 8, 2011 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mom and grandma. Pearl passed away with family by her side on May 8 at River Park Gardens Care Home. Pearl is survived by her son Patrick (Carin); daughters Linda (Jim), Charlene, and Debbie (Darren); grandchildren James, Wayne, Christina, Chris, Amanda, Michael and Charlie; great-grandchildren Rose and Ben. She was predeceased by her son Wayne, husband Laurie and recently her last living sibling Florence. She also leaves to mourn Josie and Daniel; nieces and nephews; friends and other special people whose lives she touched. Mom was a very kind generous person who loved everyone unconditionally. She stayed at home and took care of her family. She used to enjoy playing bingo and talking on the phone with friends and family. She always took pride in her appearance. What made her most happy was to be around people. She would light up when her grandchildren came to visit. We'll miss you mom and grandma. Special thanks to the staff at River Park Gardens for their care. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
