PETER EDWIN SAWATSKY Mr. Peter Edwin Sawatsky passed away at the age of 55 years, with his family at his side, on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit. He is survived by his sisters, Lynda (Henry), Elaine (Robert) and Edith, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Peter was predeceased by his parents Peter and Edith. A celebration of Peter's life will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg. If friends desire, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. The family wishes to extend a huge thank you to the St. Boniface Palliative Care staff.
