Alice was predeceased by her husband, Peter Synchena; her father, William Rausch; and her mother, Martha Rausch Alice was an outgoing person who loved her family dearly. She cherished her time being a stay at home mom lovingly raising her family. Later in life, Mom's greatest joys was doing historical research on other's ancestry, gardening, baking and both doing crafting and teaching those that had her same passion. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and so recent with her great-grandson. The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to all the doctors and nurses at the Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg; thank you for taking such good care of our mom and grandmother. They did their utmost in providing a dignified and comfortable end of her time with us. We would also like to extend a thank you to all of the doctors and nurses at the Grace Hospital for the care given to her when she was there.
