Edward grew up on a farm in Oakbank with his brothers and sisters then worked many years for CN Rail. After retiring, he enjoyed spending his time playing golf. The thought of a good golf game could always bring that special twinkle to Edwards's eyes. Edward was predeceased by his brothers John Chihonik and Peter Chihonik, sisters Anne Barski, Irene Skura and Jessie Sadler. He will be remembered by his sisters Kay Sitarz and Mary Korobaylo and his nieces and nephews. Thank you to all at Bethania who made such a nice home for Edward. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111 www.gleneden-mb.ca
