Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUTH FRANDSEN It is with great sadness the family of Ruth Frandsen announces her passing on Friday, December 23, 2011 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 84 years. Ruth was predeceased by her husband Fred in 2008, after 60 years of marriage. Ruth is survived by her children, Kell (Lori), Jorgen (Ronda), Lone (Wayne), Dale (Wilma); grandchildren, Sean, Jeany, David, Laura Lee, Ryan, Erik, Evan, Erron, Melissa, Kyla and Ivan. Ruth is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members. Ruth was born in Denmark on November 16, 1927 and immigrated in 1958 to Winnipeg. Ruth was active in her faith and an active member serving the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Ruth's greatest gifts were her laugh, her hugs and her ability to gain friendships with everyone she met. This year she gets to spend Christmas with her husband Fred. We love you and will never forget you. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's memory to ACS (Adventist Community Services), 95 Stadacona Street, Winnipeg, MB R2L 1R1. Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. For those who wish to sign the online Guest Book please visit our website.
