Bill's 10 grandchildren have cherished memories of escapades with Grandpa; seven great-grandchildren will remember his love and laughter and playing with toys. A life member of Community of Christ Church, Bill served in the priesthood for many years. Bill's example of Christian faith was his greatest ministry at the hockey rink or on the job. Bill fondly remembered his days at Currie Transportation, especially the tractor trains, working at San Antonio Mine in Bissett, bus driving for Winnipeg Transit, and his happy retirement at Treherne. A few days before his passing, Bill commented I've had a great life and been really blessed. Be prayerfully optimistic was his encouragement to all.
