Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHY PETLACK It is with great sadness our mother and grandmother peacefully passed away at the age of 78 at the Concordia Hospital on Monday, December 26, 2011. She is survived by daughter Terry (Ed) and son Russell (Bonnie) and grandchildren Travis, Kyle and Ashley. She also leaves to mourn her brother Brian. She was predeceased by her husband Ben and brothers Len and Don. The family would like to thank Devonshire House and Homecare for all their help. Viewing will be at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. on Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Chapel on Friday December 30, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. 586-8044

Dorothy will be greatly missed by the residents and staff and Devonshire House. She had a spark and a sense of humor that was contagious. Many a night you would see Dot and a group of her friends, laughing, chatting and solving the worlds problems. Our sincere condolences go to her family. It was with great sadness that I heard of "Auntie" Dorothy's passing. My heart felt condolences. Memories will be with you forever but I know how hard it is lose a mother who is the soul of our every being.
