AMELIA MINERVA (MINNIE) HOLLIER January 3, 1915 December 31, 2011 Our family is sad to announce that our mother, known affectionately to everyone as Minnie, passed peacefully at the age of ninety-seven. Minnie was predeceased by her husband of fifty eight years, Howard, in 2000. Remaining to cherish Minnie's life memories are her children, daughter, Pat and son, Tom and wife Darlene; her grandchildren, Cherie, Meline, Jennifer and Jason; her great-grandchildren, Liam, Zoey, Sophia, Marcus, Ceri and Isaac. Also left to celebrate Minnie's life is brother-in-law, Gordon with wife Judy and their children and grandchildren; sister-in-law Mary and her family; also Minnie's much loved nieces and nephews; and last but not least, Minnie's friends. One friend for over seventy years, and some not for so long, you know who you are, and know your friendship was held very dear. As per Mom's wishes, no funeral or services will be held, cremation has already taken place. Minnie's wish was for us to celebrate her life in your own way rather than morn her passing. Internment will take place in British Columbia at a later date.
