LILLIAN FRANCES (WOCKS) HAZLEHURST Peacefully, at St. Adolphe Personal Care Home, St. Adolphe, Manitoba, on January 13, 2012, Fran passed away in her 88th year. Wife of the late James Roberton Wocks and by a previous marriage to the late Robert G. Hazlehurst; mother of Dianne Harding (Jerry deceased), Rod (Lesley), Bob (Donna) and Daryl (Liseanne); step-daughter, Patrice McCord (Ken-deceased); grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Fran grew up in St. Vital and attended St. Mary Magdalene Church. After marriage and a move to West Kildonan the family joined Kildonan Baptist Church and became members. In later years after the death of her husband Bob, Fran remarried and moved to Red Deer, Alberta where Jim and Fran attended St. Leonard's on the hill Anglican Church. At Fran's request there will be no formal service. A graveside service will take place Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden memorial Gardens, 4477 Main Street. Family and friends will meet at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, at 1:45 p.m. A memorial gathering for family and friends will follow at Glen Eden Reception Centre.
