Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONILA CRUZ July 4, 1927 - January 14, 2012 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Leonila on Saturday, January 14, 2012, at Seven Oaks Hospital, at the age of 84 from a massive stroke. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Victor and her only son Rey. She will be greatly missed by her daughters Cora (Onie) Gier, Vicky (Romy) Vallejo, Cresing (Ver) Eclevia, Sr. Purin, FMA and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We would like to thank Dr. Cuc Tran, all the caregivers that cared for her for 15 years and the doctors and nurses who assisted her during the last hours of her life. Lamay will be held on Thursday, January 19 and Friday, January 20 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., Winnipeg, Manitoba. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 21 at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Avenue at 12:00 noon, officiated by Msgr. Enrique Samson Jr. Interment to follow at Glen Eden Memorial Garden. She appears to be no more but she is now closer to the creator. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111 www.gleneden-mb.ca
