Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLIVE PEARL MARTIN (nee BRADLEY) October 31, 1921 - January 16, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Olive Martin, our Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma at the Deer Lodge Centre on January 16, 2012. Olive was born and raised in Rockwood Municipality (Stony Mountain) by her mother Ida and father John. Olive proudly served in the R.C.A.F. where she met her husband, a fellow serviceman. She was predeceased by her husband Al, son Terry, grandson Randy, sisters Margaret, Irene, Lillian and Dorothy. Left to mourn are her daughter Sharon (Ed), daughter-in-law Sharon, granddaughter Shelley (Craig), grandson Dean and great-grandchildren Devin and Taylor, as well as her sister Annis, brother Pat, numerous close nieces, nephews and cherished friends. Olive's passion for living life was infectious. She enjoyed many fond memories with her family and keeping busy with new friends at the Kiwanis Courts participating in their many activities. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 21 at 10:00 a.m., at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg. The family thanks the caring staff at the Deer Lodge Centre.
