DORIS STURCHUK Peacefully, with a friend by her side, Doris died on January 19, 2012 at Riverview Health Centre. As per Doris's wishes cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Thank you to the palliative care staff for their care and compassion. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Doris's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB, R3T 0R3. When I am gone, release me, let me go I have so many things to see and do, You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears; Be happy that we had so many years I gave to you my love, you can only guess How much you gave to me in happiness.
