Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKAZIMIERA RYDZKOWSKI (LISOWSKA) (nee MIELNICZUK) March 15, 1922 - January 18, 2012 Born in Kanie Pow Chelm, Poland Peacefully, with family by her side our mom, grandma and great-grandma went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2012, at Seven Oaks Hospital. Mama was predeceased by her parents, her brother and her first husband Ludwik Lisowski in Poland and her second husband Leon. Kazia is survived by her daughter, Leokadia; sons, Henry (Krystyna), Mieczyslaw (Danuta), Marian (Molgorzata), Tadeusz (Irina); sister-in-law, Jannina; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends. Mom lived through the depression of the Second World War. In 1988, she came to Canada. Mom had many interests but her passion for gardening, animals and crocheting were her most fulfilling. She had a big heart and when she smiled she would light up a room. Mom was a very religious person. Special thanks to Mom's homecare workers, doctors, nurses at Seven Oaks Hospital for all the kindness, care and respect given. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, January 24 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 25 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave., with an Oblate Father officiating. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Donations in Kazia's memory may be made to Holy Ghost Church or a charity of one's choice. There are not enough words in the English language to describe what a wonderful person you were. We are proud to be your children and Thank you for giving us Life, for being there whenever we needed you, for your guidance, your patience and most of all, your Love.
