I worked for Bill at Northgate DQ 1971-73. My condolences to Ken, Edna and relatives. Bill was always whistling a tune of some sort every time you saw him! Kept in touch over the years - I would drop in, yak, and buy some DQ! Bill had a long, full life! - Posted by: Lynn Latozke (friend) on: Feb 01, 2012

Our deepest sympathies on the loss of your dear husband, father and grandfather. I have known and seen Bill around the Northgate Dairy Queen for the last 25 years that I have been involved in the mall and even more years before when my family used to get ice cream on Sundays. He was a fine gentleman, always smiling at customers and staff and ready and able to help. He will be missed around the shopping centre. I know that Ken will continue his legacy. My heart and my family's go out to his loving wife Edna. May the good memories you have bring you comfort in the following days.
