Your laugh...I will miss Your memory, I shall kiss Our last goodbye, a preciuos gift that will stay in my heart for all time Growing up as kids she was my idol. When I was 10 and she was a young teenager she was often forced to drag me along with her..and once in a while she'd try to ditch me. But being the first grandkid I'd go running to Grandpa Nobiss who would almost always say.. "GALO TAKE LOLY with you!" Much to my delight we'd go to the Windmill Cafe where all the teenagers would go for fries and cokes...and to neet boys and girls. We lived on Magnus then and Chuck lived just up the street and I recall how we'd slowly walk past the house. I remember the blossom of that romance too and..how Gail would wash her beautiful hair just for him. Many years later I would call on them for help and they'd always be there. I'd spend the night at their house when things got rough and called them first when my dog Puffy ended up in "jail" At 17 I was a bridesmaid at their wedding..and also spent the night at their house on their wedding night! I might have been a tad too tipsy to go home...we had some good times and lots of laughs back then. That tradition of caring Gail carried on throughout her life. Tho we were sometimes separated by time and space and life's crazy events, I always knew she loved me sometimes in spite of myself. Like so many I will miss knowing she is there...miss her Happy Birthday calls and yet, be at peace knowing she no longer suffers, that she really is in a better place and will always be alive in my heart. Love you Chuck..Your neice and friend. Laura - Posted by: Laura (Aunt) on: Feb 03, 2012

Gail....or "Auntie Gail" was not my aunt. But she was. She was as much of an aunt anyone could ask for. She helped me through a hard time in my life.....all the while looking over her shoulder at Chuck to "Keep him in line" LOL though he loved her like I have never seen any man love a woman. And no woman deserved that more than her....and Chuck and her had a real love that most of us search for our whole lives. It was perfect. The only imperfect thing was it ended too soon. Everyone loved you. Peace my friend. XOXO - Posted by: Ang, Doug and Laura (Friends) on: Jan 31, 2012

We miss you so much Auntie Gail! Gail and Chuck spent many afternoons and evenings in our basement and backyard. Enjoying family and having so many laughs! We also spent countless visits at Uncle and Aunties apartment. Saraya had her special chair from the kitchen and Trystan would always play with those red plastic coasters....oh I go into Auntie Gail's fridge about 50 times over. Auntie Gail was so thoughtful..she always had snacks and chocolate milk for the kids when we visited. Saraya cherished the moments she would sit quiet and colour and have her chats with Auntie Gail. Auntie Gail would even play hide and seek with Saraya. You would never know she was in pain but she played with our niece and nephew all the time. We are so glad your little bruiser of a nephew Trystan got to see you the week before and he could make you laugh one more time. We love you forever Auntie Gail!
