Barb and Karen, Lynn and I are so sorry to have heard your Mother has passed away. Ella was a true friend for many years. She will always have a special place in our hearts. Her kindness in the years she spent with our Father Ed Carlson will never be forgotten. She made his last days so much easier for him, both in Winnipeg and Palm Springs, where Ella loved to spent time. Her friendship toward Dad was immeasurable. We went to the Brandon Hospital to visit Ella a few weeks before she passed away, she was playing Bingo and in good spirits. Rest in peace our friend.. - Posted by: Neil and Lynn Carlson (Friend) on: Feb 15, 2012

We were so sorry to hear of Ella's passing. We knew her from St. Mark's and then when she was Ed Carlson's companion. She was always very friendly and full of fun.
