  • Your mother was a truly remarkable lady and I loved to visit with her when I came to Winnipeg. I knew her many, many, many years and she was always a joy to be near. She was always busy doing some project whenever I saw her, sewing, gardening and cooking up cabbage rolls or perogies, that she would share with me. She was a devoted mother who loved her children dearly. My heart goes out to all her family as she will be dearly missed. I am thinking of you in your sorrow and know its a very difficult time. Sincerely, Judy Millen - Posted by: Judy Millen (Friend) on: Feb 04, 2012

  • Ida always had a smile, a cup of coffee and a cigarette to share whenever we got together. I'm sure her smile and her friendship will be missed by all who knew her. - Posted by: Merle Lewis (Friend) on: Feb 04, 2012
