JEANNE CELINA TRACHSEL 1928 - 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeanne Trachsel on Wenesday, February 1, 2012, at Stonewall Hospital. Jeanne was predeceased by her husband, Alfred Trachsel. She is survived by her children, Terry (Marg) Trachsel, Marlene (Roy) Coghlan, Edwin (Brenda) Trachsel, Cathy (Russell) Proctor; grandchildren, Leah, Ian, Genny, Tyson, Kerilyn, Daniel, Drew, Rikki and Dusty; great-grandchildren, Orion, Damion and Kayleigh-Mae; her four sisters, Evelyn, Rose, Lucille and Louise; and one brother Otto. Jeanne was born in Coderre, Saskatchewan. She married Alfred in 1949. They raised their four children on a farm in Meadow Lea, where she lived her entire life. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Stonewall. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to one's choice. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the ambulance, doctors, nurses and hospital staff of Stonewall Hospital for their care of Jeanne.
